Yeah, that happened! We played full random L Jebus Cross with weak monsters. The result was predetermined from the very start: the only 2 Dragon Utopia were located right next to each other at the red player's respawn, along with all the necessary relics. Same thing with the cons and high-level caches.

P.S. For a more dynamic game, the time per turn should be shorter
