In my opinion, nothing needs to be changed. The Dark Elves have a great, beautiful army. Perhaps, instead of Hydras, I would much prefer to see Manticores (Scorpiores):).
Then, you would need to give Manticores 6 heads, remove their wings, and give them a slow speed:D
