Inga, as a secondary hero, always... because if there isn't an energy rune at the start, it means that recruiting archers will become more difficult => which means that some resources won't be available, and usually these are resources for building towns and dragons)) and so on... and even if there isn't a resurrection rune and a rune of battle fury, that's not a big problem yet... but an energy rune is definitely needed.
