I can’t enter the password.

After clicking, the online game on ubi.com displays a window with a profile and password field. The password field is empty, and I can't enter anything into it using the keyboard, except for numbers. This doesn't happen immediately. That is, creating a profile and setting a password initially works normally, and I can log in and play. The next time, I simply can't enter the password in the password field. I have to manually delete the profile folder and create it again in the game.
Maybe someone knows why this is happening; please advise.
