Free means without money.
Determining the production cost and other expenses and comparing them to the stated amount is a different task.
There was a phrase: "The disc... is distributed for free!" This is not true.

This is not charity!
Free means without commercial gain!
If someone offers you a disc for free, but you have to go get it yourself. The person lives in your city, but in a remote area.
You will need:
a) Money for transportation, there and back (it's a small amount, but you don't seem to have considered it).
b) What if you step in a puddle and get your jeans dirty? Then you'll have to buy detergent to wash them.
and so on... many unforeseen circumstances!
And in the end, it turns out that the disc wasn't entirely FREE (even though the person handed it to you without asking for a single penny!).
YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING IN LIFE, either at that moment or a few minutes (days, weeks, years) later - that's a different question.

And if you had tried to contact the address that NATASHA provided, all the questions would have been resolved.
The disc is indeed offered at a very low price (it only covers the expenses) - even though it has to be sent from another CITY! It even turns out to be cheaper than buying it in your city, but the question is, you wouldn't be able to buy it in your city anyway - because it's UNIQUE! The person put in their work to make it easier for others. And Natasha decided to respond to the requests of many forum users, offering them an alternative option for those with a SLOW internet connection!
If you are not one of those people with a SLOW internet connection (to download patches), then be happy that you won't have to use this disc! :)
