So, I'll explain here for everyone who doesn't know how to get to Ubi. (If there is a suitable topic, moderators can move the post there...)
1) Registration on ubi.com
Through a browser, go to ubi.com. Click Sign Up at the top of the screen, and a user form will appear. Fill it out (it's all simple: name, nickname, email, etc...). You will receive an email saying that you have been registered. Now you have a nickname and password for Ubi.
2) Logging into the Heroes server from the game
Launch the game -> Network Game -> Ubi.com -> enter the network key (the one indicated on the packaging of the licensed version) -> enter your nickname and password (from point 1), and you are on the server. Choose one of the game servers (Duel, Standard training, or ranked).
