Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Do you remember that tower with harpies? In the first game, you went there with Lester (from the swamp camp) to get the unit enhancer (focusing stone); there were harpies there too. You had to climb to the top, but I don't remember if it was a cave high up in the cliff or an open area.
