Somewhere around 112-113, there was an opportunity to recruit thieves for 3K gold, but I declined, forgetting all the utility of these creatures when playing with diplomacy... that was probably the main mistake of the entire game.

111. Started with a level 5 Adele, advanced diplomacy and basic ballistics and property :(
On the only road, there's a block of 20-49 grand orcs for a quest artifact. There is a stable and an external market. I took the undertaker's amulet from the chest.
112. Hiring Vokial; found an archer external dwelling behind some griffins (I'll take them only on the 2nd week). I think money is tight, building 1000.
113. Vokial experted necromancy. Scouting showed that there is a lot of gold and chests below (looks like building 1000 was a waste), but practically no monsters! Except for the passage guards — hordes of imps who left their post and went to the water for a drink :-D
115. In the upper edge of the map (about 4 days' travel from the castle), a passage to the metro was found for 3000 with guards.
116. Built horses, transferred the army to Turis (just in case) and broke through those 30 grand orcs. The terrain was against me, -2 marks. Also reclaimed the bravery badge from 11 medusas; again, terrain and petrification on both horses, -1 archer and -1 swordsman.
117. Tan entered an empty elven village (took 6 days with a stable). Took the unicorn external dwelling (losses: 5 archers, 2 swordsmen, 15 spears, 10+ skeletons), although I could probably have fought better. Vokial got logistics.

121. Returned to start. Built GM1.
125. Maxiuley! Broke into one of the central treasure zones. Trying to level up Adele, but unsuccessfully: only lost 2 horses and a viva, experted property. Found 2 bird external dwellings, but decided not to take them.
126. Built the capitol :) — a record!!!
127. Visited the library for 88 magmatics — killed 40 skeletons and 20 pikemen. Took one of the central cities (Tower). There is GM1, but again no haste or slowness. And without haste it's hard... Found 2 more cons, but decided to start with the home ones (and visit the stable at the same time).

131. The first con (unverified) was for 1 angel, of course. But they gave earth! Earth viewing is available; slowness is only in the booth (already fired the scholar).
133. +3 angels (losses: 50 skeletons and 20 gargoyles eaten, but +50 skeletons, total +0). Adele recruited a horde of rags for 11K gold and took a hive on 8, finally experting diplomacy.
134. Recruited 60 countrymen, +6 vivas. But stupidly wasted 20 rags and the remaining unicorns (long overdue — the external dwelling is who-knows-where and they ruin morale). Vokial got wisdom.
Opponent appeared in the central treasure zone on the other side but didn't make contact.
135. Stared at Müllich in the tavern for a long time and realized why he's sitting there — to break through a crowd of snipers! Took naga bank for 3. Adele is urgently evacuating far from the opponent. Taking Pandora for 20 mages.
136. +1 angel, +8 vivas, another +8 vivas. Took tactics in the last slot. Scout found a slowness scroll; I wanted to break it (nothing else to do anyway), but 95 imps couldn't handle 15 dwarves. So I went back to collecting gold :)
137. Mini Dragon Utopia: lost 150 skeletons, got the book of fire, boots of speed, cloak of denial and +1 to BD.

141. After that I messed up and lost a turn. It also turned out that I brought so much army that it doesn't fit in 7 stacks. In the end, fired the skeletons. :(
142. Maxi Dragon Utopia: book of earth, titan armor. Decided to break it with Adele (on 1 unit), but naturally morale kicked in and it was the end of Adele. Upgraded 7 archs.
143. Everything I saw, I've already grabbed; only one con remained. And where I didn't see, as it turned out, there was also nothing.
Vokial ran 3600 moves with log, boots and stable. Only Town Portal for control. Decided to go to the opponent, but my units dealt some funny damage to Tazar.
There was hope for magic (armageddon/explosion), but the cloak of denial left me no chance.
