Yes, I tried it... it doesn't work... that's the whole point... it needs to be something more substantial... it still reflects weak magic up to level 3... but not higher... it's a strange thing.

What are we talking about? If it's about the artifact "Armor of the Forgotten Hero," it reflects not only spells of level 3, but also levels 4 and 5...
By the way, even the "Boots of Magical Protection" (10% chance) are capable of doing that.
