Sylvan vs. Necropolis

I think that for Wing, the tactic of the first strike is more important, to eliminate as many Necromancers as possible at the beginning. Honestly, I don't understand why Ossir is chosen instead of Wing, especially for just a couple of archers, when you can choose Wing at the beginning and easily clear the map, and Ossir can be hired as an additional hero in the second week. Ilfina is also a good choice for these purposes. When Necromancers are among the sworn enemies, I think the victory of the Elves is predetermined.
