Hmm, 20/80 success rate in rushing with Elves seems a bit low((( but still, I like Elves more than Necromancers)))))
Yes, I like them too; they are my favorite race, although they are far from the strongest. But they are all beautiful; they die like flies, so you need to protect them like the apple of your eye, but if you have many of them and know how to play with them, they can defeat anyone!))) As for Necromancers, what can you expect? They are just rotten meat.)))

I want to try playing with Orcs on a medium or large map. I want to understand what makes them so strong against Elves. Can you give me some advice? We played a couple of games with a friend, and he came to my place early, and I was quickly defeated. But I was less experienced then. I read this thread from the beginning, although it wasn't easy,)) and I saw suggestions like Winrael and Chaos against Hagesh, but I still think that Wing with Light will be more advantageous here. What do you think about this setup against Orcs, for example: Attack (3) - Tactics, Battle Balance, Retribution, Leadership (3) - Troop Gathering, Forest General, Encouragement, Luck (3) - Soldier's Luck, On the Road, Elven Accuracy, Logistics (3) - Scouting, Keen Mind, Light (3) - Righteous Fury? In my opinion, Retribution is better than Empathy in this situation with Wing, as it allows you to deal more damage with your troops, and the skill is passive and works by default. But what to choose, Encouragement or Speed Aura, that's where I have big doubts. On the one hand, for our first-strike tactic, speed is very important so that everyone can reach the enemy quickly. On the other hand, you might encounter difficult terrain, and if it's grass, you can learn Native Lands, which is twice as effective as the aura and allows you to take Encouragement, which can help archers make a couple of extra shots, and not just them. This will depend on who is closer to the number 1 on the turn order, so you can move after the hero. This gives great tactical opportunities, don't you agree? But if you take Native Lands, then you won't be able to take Keen Mind. This is also a dilemma. If a first strike is important to us, then it seems we need to take Native Lands and Encouragement instead of Keen Mind and Aura. What do you think?
