IMHO this is not sufficiently thought out, as it does not provide a significant advantage over those who did not use this tactic.
I lost 1 angel and 6 demons in it, playing with a zero-level hero, and I don't consider these losses critical.

I am also tormented by a question. Did I spoil or improve the save with the Cloak of the Undead King? Was it necessary? :confused:

IMHO it had no effect. The main beauty of the map is in the period before capturing the utopia, and then it becomes a struggle for a quantitative result (sum of parameters).
PS. Consider the reasoning null if the Cloak of the Undead King was collected before capturing the utopia
(haven't read the description yet).
