1) This player hasn't offered to play me even once since the tournament started.
2) I offered to play three times.
The first time, he agreed, but immediately set a condition that the limit would be 600+300. I reminded him that we are playing in this tournament, and therefore the limit should be according to the tournament rules, to which I immediately received the response "I don't play tournament games while drinking."
The second time, he agreed again, and again set the condition of 600+300. The situation almost completely repeated itself; again, our hero "made excuses" that he was drinking.
The third time (today), when I sent him a message in the chat offering to play, there was no direct response. However, later in the chat, Alessandro replied to Lesgor (who offered to play later than me) that our hero is playing and suggested Lesgor play against me. From this, we can conclude that Alessandro received my offer to play, but couldn't be bothered to respond normally.
3) After that, I suggested that Alessandro agree on a game in advance, and also said that I could play tomorrow from 3:00 PM Moscow time. I still haven't received a response, and I probably won't.
There is chat log evidence to support my words.
Conclusion: I believe that Alessandro shouldn't have signed up for the tournament if he only plays in micro-limits. Or he should just stop being afraid, which I believe is the likely reason for the refusals and ignoring.
I request that the tournament organizer either schedule a game for us (preferably at a time that is convenient for me, because I believe I have done much more to make the game happen than our beer and micro-limit enthusiast), or force Alessandro to play against me.
