Which units would you replace in the Dark Elf faction?

100% Hydra. Too absurd. Replace it with... a Chimera, a Wyvern. Maybe, with a rider on a dark Hippogriff:

Level 1 - flies the distance of a Fury.
Level 2 - flies across 3/4 of the battlefield and can make a long jump, like Griffons.
