I'll join in. Maybe someone from the team who speaks Russian will respond and explain what the problem is. They were planning to release version 59 a year or two ago, which means that almost everything was ready back then. Of course, the last 10% of the work takes 90% of the time, but it's still unclear where exactly the work has stalled.
