In the maternity ward, a Russian, a German, an Estonian, and an Italian woman gave birth at the same time. They all gave birth simultaneously, but they forgot to put name tags on each baby. The Italian woman sees one of the babies drooling and reaching out, so she takes him and leaves. The German woman shouts, "Heil Hitler!" and one of the three babies reaches out his hand, so the German woman takes him. The Russian woman grabs one of the remaining babies and is about to leave, but the Estonian woman is confused and asks, "Where are you going?" The Russian woman replies, "When the German woman shouted, my baby clenched his fist, but yours pooped!"
