Skill Wheel for Heroes V.

Everyone wants to get a super ability (a super racial skill). In this case, you can't do without a skill wheel. But there are many versions of them, and they differ from each other. For example, in one, for the Fury of the Elements (a Warlock skill), you need Machine Management, Education, and Luck. And in another, it's Chaos Magic, Luck, and Sorcery. What should you do, which wheel should you use? If I want to play with the standard 5 heroes (without any add-ons) or with the Tribes of the East?
