That's really harsh :) Who are you in real life? Are you in first grade, or did you at least finish elementary school? ;) When a person disagrees with a verdict in court, what do they do? That's right, they file an appeal with a higher court. And definitely not the other way around. If a district court issues a verdict, the convicted person never just sits and waits for the city court to take the initiative and review their case.
On the Portal, above the individual magistrate, there is a magistrate headed by the Supreme Magistrate. You simply write a letter to team@heroesportal.net, and then the appeal is considered.
So why didn't Britva write a letter there if he was so sure he was right?

Oh my god, thank you for enlightening this first-grader :) I'm letting you know that verdicts are not always changed, and people are not always acquitted based on their appeals. I won't bother explaining and giving examples; do some self-education in your free time before pretending to be smart. And the case with Britva has been known for a long time; if the reputation of the portal is important to its administration, they should have conducted their own investigation and drawn conclusions. And it's even more absurd to demand save files from Britva when the "prosecution" itself didn't provide any, and there's also the presumption of innocence, oh great expert :)
