Indeed, a very difficult situation :) Who are you in real life? Are you in the first grade, or have you at least finished elementary school? ;) When a person in court disagrees with the verdict, what do they do? That's right, they file an appeal with a higher court. And definitely not the other way around. If a district court issues a verdict, the convicted person never sits and waits for the city court to take the initiative and review their case.
On the Portal, above the individual magistrate, there is a magistrate headed by the Supreme Magistrate. You simply write a letter to the address team@heroesportal.net, after which the appeal is considered.
So why didn't Britva write a letter there if he was confident in his rightness?
