Perhaps my opinion won't change anything, but I definitely want to share my thoughts.

A former cheater, who used to cheat by viewing the map in online games, has now started playing again. I was the first to notice (based on personal experience) and confronted him back on the Heroes of Might and Magic forums. Since then, I haven't played with him, but I've observed what others are saying about playing with him. It seems like everything has been fine, and he's now considered a strong player. I thought he had improved and was now more interested in playing fairly, but I guess I was wrong.
