in general, the game developers didn't quite get the special abilities and skills right. Some heroes have up to 3 special abilities, even though two of them are actually defensive abilities, which should be categorized as skills and so on. Odysseus doesn't have any special abilities; it's just a skill, and logically, it shouldn't be related to anything until a player with a special ability is defeated.
