The logic could be something like this: from the starting position, you can see the territory of the opponent's second town and Utopia is nearby. The 145-unit hero replenishes mana.
There are two non-obvious options: take Utopia with a Crag and have Gurnisson immediately run to the Guardian of Order (GO). Or take Utopia with anyone, and jump to the opponent's town (of course, it would have been more advantageous to switch to Crag earlier). Inferno is clearly a secondary town, so the road in the corner will lead either to a Castle or to a Treasury (although teleporting is unlikely). Now, let's assess the opponent's skill level. The weaker the opponent, the more advantageous such an aggressive move is. Jump. There's a lift, and it's not very promising to run along the road. And at the top is Utopia. This is actually not that difficult.
P.S. Searching for treasures with the hero in this situation is just plain noobish.
