By the way, for those interested, I had a game with Andrei a long time ago, where I did something similar – I took Utopia with control, also in an unexplored part of the screen. There was even more guessing involved, but I lost the game because of weak play in the Fortress of Blood.
Overall, it's a normal game logic.
