oO you know, it might upset you, but they are actually practicing on us, because millions of users will find balance issues much faster than a couple of thousand testers (I'm sure there are fewer of them). And if we look at the changes in these patches, we'll see that only the 3rd one brought significant changes to the game's balance; before that, it mainly improved the stability of the online game. And considering that the next update will probably be an expansion pack rather than a patch, it's likely that the balance was adjusted taking into account the seven factions already present.
