It happened.
I don't know... why I fell for 2 external dwellings of Trolls. It gave 2 roads; I really hoped there would be a fork, but there wasn't one.

On the first week - 2 stacks arrived, took the Stronghold secondary. Of the money buildings, only 2 Beast-dens. Cats in the Cite without Cops.

On the second week - 2 Griffin Conservatories (Mini on my own respawn and Maxi at the Stronghold), still didn't find slow in 2 Castles. Bird external dwelling and they are in the Cite.

On the third week - finally reached the entrance to Treasury via Mountains at the Stronghold respawn, picking up a double Griffin Conservatory along the way; in Treasury I took the first Art (+5 Magic Power), Pandora with Behemoths that had spent morale down to 19 from Gr, who halved the Birds; there they gave 25 Nomads. Took a very lucky double Dragon Utopia (Earth Cloak and Wings), but nothing for Stats (on the first week you can have such: 8-8-2-5), no Hives either. Took another triple Griffin Conservatory in Treasury. Decided to go after Igor, since land view of the other Treasury didn't reveal potential Utopias (wide voids); took Igor's Main, then secondary. Ivor approached his Main; decided to fight since I developed Expert Resistance to Magic, but Resist didn't work.
