Team Tournament: Spring 2010

What criteria will be used to determine the winner if teams have the same number of team points? Could it be, in descending order: number of match wins, head-to-head record, or something else? I believe that enough time was given for the tournament, and extending it for another month doesn't make sense; it would be unfair to the teams that completed their matches on time. Of the proposed dates from the Knights of the Apocalypse team, I vote for July 11th, although I would prefer to conclude it now in its current state – that would be fair.
