The decision is as follows: Considering temofey's refusal to replay the final match, a technical victory in the GoD-temofey match is awarded to GoD. The fact that GoD disconnected in the final match does not change the overall picture. Since, considering that at the time of temofey's disconnection, he had more than three times less mana (70 vs. 250+), and with the remaining troops of temofey not exceeding those of GoD (all troops on Antimagic for both), temofey's chances of winning were close to zero.
