A new beginning. The "Knights of Honor" tournament.

Tournament rules have been adjusted based on existing rules... Let's submit suggestions and changes, as well as additions to them...;)

1. The tournament is conducted in three stages. The duration of each stage is 3 weeks, meaning there will be 21 days (can be increased up to a maximum of 4 weeks).

2. Each stage involves three save-tasks. Thus, the total number of tasks is nine, one for each race. The goal is to complete the assigned task as quickly as possible (roughly speaking, against the clock); I also suggest diversifying the tasks...(not just killing all enemies)

3. Competitive play takes place on maps selected (created) by the tournament organizers. The final decision regarding the number of opponents, map sizes, and terrain features (specifically water areas, mountains, teleports) is made by them.

4. At the end of each stage, the participant sends the winning saves. A winning save is made before the final battle. Winning saves should be named as follows: Stage № player nickname Task № For example: 1 Varg-Nar 2 . The map should be played under the nickname registered on the forum.

5. A player has the right to send as many winning saves as they managed to complete. Thus, the number of sent saves can range from 1 to 3.
In case someone wishes to play in the tournament while Stage 2 is already underway, please do so; simply, in the final table, you will not have "honor" for Stage 1 of the tournament. A compromise is possible: you must inform the organizer that you want to play Stage 1... and receive an answer from the organizer as to whether your saves will be accepted if you decide to play the tasks for Stage 1... anyway, this can be discussed; we are finding a solution to this problem...

6. During the week following the end of each stage, results for each save are tallied. These will be entered into the table on the forum...

7. At the end of the third and final stage, general results are tallied. The results of all the player's winning saves are taken into account. How to calculate the rating (number of points earned per map) needs to be discussed; please suggest schemes... The tournament winner receives the corresponding title.

8. In case two or more participants earn the same number of rating points (let's call these points "honor", for example: Supreme earned 321-honor), we can also discuss... what to do in case of a tie in "honor" between players...

9. In case one or more players earn the same amount of "honor" in the general standings, a reasonable solution to the problem must be found; please suggest some...

10. In case of doubts regarding the fairness of the walkthrough, the player is OBLIGATED to provide saves for every day...
If a player cannot send daily saves (for each day), their save will be annulled. Additionally, a description of their walkthrough is welcomed; it will make the verification take less time...

Task Walkthrough Rules...

1. When completing a save, one should be guided by the SPIRIT and IDEOLOGY of the tournament and be honest.
2. Hacking saves, using third-party programs ("hero diggers" etc.), as well as using cheat codes is strictly forbidden.
3. The following are prohibited:
3.1. Unfair play;
3.2. Use of the s/l method (specifically "digging for a hero", forcing weekly/monthly growth, etc.);
3.3. Use of any cheat codes regardless of the stage of completion, including "map exploration";
3.4. Loading an autosave, specifically "grinding" a result through constant re-playing of each Gameplay sequence.

4.1. Re-playing the game from the VERY beginning twice in case of losing the map. However, it is strictly forbidden to use saves from a previous attempt during the repeat walkthrough;

5. The game is played as if against a live opponent, without constant saving and reloading. With the exception of daily saves, which may be needed to verify your walkthrough...
6. I emphasize once more: LOADING AN AUTOSAVE, SAVING THE GAME BEFORE A BATTLE, AND LOADING ANY SAVE OTHER THAN THE STARTING ONE IS UNACCEPTABLE!, as it contradicts the SPIRIT and RULES of the Tournament. 7. In case of a Rule violation by a player, they are deprived of the right to complete subsequent stages, thereby losing their coveted final "honor" points...

Everyone should have the ability to play! Participants are those who sent saves. I suggest significantly reducing the time limit for completing tasks.
Play for days, not points, at least.
Play only once. No "reconnaissance by fire"! We keep the ban on cheat codes and map viewing. A ban on using bugs of both the game and the map is mandatory!
Whoever couldn't do it in one go—they couldn't; you can play any number of tasks.

The start date for the second tournament should be no earlier, but also no later than the beginning of November.
