Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I encountered a problem during the Final Battle (FB) in my game, and only the Arbitration Committee (AC) can resolve it now, so I'm turning to them. During the FB, after a series of rounds, the situation was as follows: Mefala was positioned for a charge in front of the Gate of the Abyss (GO) on my turn. The Miner was in the castle with all his troops and a full mana pool. Mefala casts Damage and attacks. After that, the situation was: MEFALA: 34 Griffin units and 41 Duck units - both under Anti-Magic. Approximately 70 mana (I think it was 68). MINER: 94 Minotaur units, 650 (approximately) Trog units - both under Anti-Magic, 15 Gold Golem units. Approximately 270 mana. The gate was completely blocked - Angels and Magic Dragons died underneath it. There was no catapult - it was destroyed by my Armageddon spell. All 3 towers remained intact. At this point, my internet connection dropped - Hamachi disconnected, and the connection was lost. After the connection was restored, the opponent refused to replay the FB exactly as it was before the disconnection. The spells we cast during the FB: MEFALA: 3 Explosions, 2 Anti-Magic. MINER: 2 Explosions, 2 Anti-Magic, Armageddon. I am confident in my victory because I have much more mana and a higher Combat Strength (CS), and I have almost all the spells. And most importantly, the Miner is wearing Shackles. The opponent disagrees with my opinion and says that he will not lose. I request that the AC make a decision on the outcome of this FB. Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots... I tried to record it in MyGame, but it didn't work. I have a save file from my turn - that is, Mefala was about to attack on the next turn
