[HoMM3 Tournaments on-line] "Flooders to Battle"

I want to try playing Heroes of Might and Magic V in a small tournament: - preferably on maps; - preferably on small maps; - preferably against not-too-overpowered opponents. In Heroes of Might and Magic III, it's difficult; one decent player can easily beat all the newcomers.
