Quick game, following Dmitrik's advice, I leveled up a Chaos hero: machines, logistics, education (eagle for spells), and Chaos. In the beginning of the 5th day, I reached the enemy castle; the enemy was unprepared and had few troops. My imps also drained all the mana. But even if the enemy had a full army, I would have killed him in the castle – I would have destroyed his machines with Chaos and easily killed the demoness. And then, with a ball of warding and meteor shower, I would have easily finished the job. I gained 18 spell power through upgrades. There was a very big difference in stats.
