[HoMM3 Tournaments on-line] "Flooders to Battle"

- Anyone who has written at least one post in the "Sacred Haven of Debauchery" thread can participate in the tournament.

I would remove this point because there will be people who can't achieve anything in the Heroes 3 section and will come here to show off their skills, or maybe just to show off, thus disrupting the balance of power and the meaning of the tournament disappears.
P.S. I'm not signing up yet because of school.
