Tournaments hassles HMM II

At the very beginning, we need to decide which versions of Heroes 2 we will be playing. (I would prefer the regular Heroes 2, not Loyalty, since I don't have that expansion). Will it be possible to play in 2 of the Platinum series? I would like an offline tournament. Ideally, there should be a regulation for scoring points in the game (i.e., the quality of completing a particular map). It could involve completing certain tasks, such as killing a specific monster. Also, I would like the tournament to last at least 3 weeks, as people are busy, and 3-4 days is not enough time to even watch the tournament.
