Xanad increases the hero's stats if:
1. The hero is level 10 or higher;
2. The hero is level 8 or higher and has the "Diplomacy" skill;
3. The hero is level 6 or higher and has the advanced level or higher "Diplomacy" skill;
4. The hero is level 4 or higher and has the expert "Diplomacy" skill.
And in the third game, does the same apply to the Library of Enlightenment?
