Well, I wasn't very good at playing with fixed maps. Only in the second game – since there's no random generator – did I have to use fixed maps. :)
I recently played a couple of games with fixed maps against a foreigner, at Maretti's level – these guys play very well. TON was a great structure.
But our maps were quite simple. I wanted to ask people what they would recommend to watch.
I often see the same thing when I look at other people's computers – the map editor is open during games. Maybe the person is looking at previous replays or the current game. :)
But fixed maps don't have this drawback – the person immediately opens the map in the editor and plays that way.
We just need to ask people like Vik not to criticize the idea or dismiss it with phrases like "getting stuck on one map." IMO, you can always find something interesting.
What do you mean by "you enter"?
