Flooders Tournament for HoMM III Online

Let's ban upgrading vampires, building Necromancer upgrades, and grades 1, 6, 7 in the Conflux.

Yeah, this rule is definitely needed for the "favorites."
And what about Izry/Vidomina, level 4-5 magic specialists, restrictions on scrolls, DD, and other similar crap?
We could just leave the ХВ rules as they are and not bother :)
