Well, I personally believe that a player who has been eliminated from the competition (regardless of the reason) should not be able to influence the final outcome of the tournament. The loser is out. But what if there were players who simply didn't have time to play against him? Would they get free points in the standings? If we think about it logically, Hardcore has the right to at least play against a bot. Or does "strictly individual" mean "strictly biased"?

I don't understand the essence of the complaint. Cheating in the match with Hardcore has not been proven, and it will never be proven, so where is the bias here? On what basis should I add even half a point to someone?
Hardcore is not to blame for the fact that Looser turned out to be a cheater, and no one is to blame for this (except for him, of course). He (Hardcore) does not make any claims because he understands that there can be no claims here, since the saves have been deleted. And nothing can be proven out of thin air.
Strictly individual means: including external and internal factors of the situation, taking into account the constructive features of a specific match.
