Hmm, I understand that it's not my place to say, but it seems unfair. Especially considering how difficult it is to prove cheating. Based on a single game, it's not very convincing. In Vitalik's case, the main argument was that several suspicious games were found.

By the way, when Alex was disqualified in FB2, all his victories were annulled. Or is this just a different approach?
