Selection for FB-3.

Hello everyone! We're playing against Captain in a few days. I have a question about this match: Hardcore+ draw Looser I read in a thread that Looser was caught cheating 100% by revealing the map during the game. The thing is, during our game, I was also pretty sure he was looking at the map. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact details anymore, but in the end, our match was declared a draw. I would like to know why this result wasn't changed in light of the evidence of Looser's unfair play, after which I became absolutely convinced that he also played unfairly against me. Please investigate this situation. As I understand it, 2-3 people are selected, and if I lose to Captain, I won't qualify, even though I have wins against the top players Gomunguls and FireToSky. However, I will be short by exactly 0.5 points to qualify from the qualifying round, which I could have gotten for winning against Looser.
