Problem when playing through a router.

The firewall is blocking. I opened the Hamachi ports 443, 12975, 17771, and 32976.
I also found a topic on the Heroes of Might and Magic forum and opened port 2700. I added 2700 to Hamachi.
But the chat still doesn't work.
I would be grateful for any advice on what to do!

Heroes use a lot of ports – you can't open them all manually.
Routers should have an option called DMZ (demilitarized zone). Try adding your internal IP address to the DMZ.

P.S. I hope that without a router, by directly connecting the internet cable to your computer, Heroes is visible?
