What is your opinion about Heroes IV?

Stepping away from the philosophical aspects of Prorock's statement, I'd like to remind you that the hero specialization system in Heroes 4 is implemented and, moreover, quite beautifully. So, there's no need to make a fuss.

Oh, could you elaborate if it's not too much trouble? I didn't notice any difference between two Barbarian heroes I hired, except for their portraits.
