This isn't a procedure, but rather personal skills in assertive communication, which few possess.

The game, in its essence, is a simulation of life, a training exercise in a controlled environment. Forum communication is exactly the same game, a training exercise in written communication with a group.

In real life, the vast majority of issues are resolved not by appealing to legal authorities, but through ordinary communication, persuasion, or pressure, etc.

Therefore, I consider training in assertive communication within the framework of the forum to be undoubtedly a useful endeavor. However, the Administration, by complicating the task, is actually helping this training rather than hindering it.
