The procedure is roughly as follows: either in ICQ or on the forum, you start to find out the reason for a particular decision. Loudly or quietly, calmly or aggressively - it depends on the situation. If that doesn't work, you involve public opinion. If it still resists, you start digging for dirt on them. There are plenty of options here.

However, it usually ends amicably - either I convince the host that I am right, or they convince me (yes, that also happens sometimes :rolleyes:). This allows such a procedure to be considered effective enough for resolving such tasks.

That is, it's quite difficult for one specific person to evade answering the questions asked, which provides sufficient feedback. One person usually has greater flexibility in their desires and greater concern for their own image than a group does. This, in most cases, allows for constructive dialogue.

A group, on the other hand, is usually bound by an explicit or implicit mutual responsibility; that is, when one member of the group tries to do something, the others slap their wrists. This makes it quite cumbersome and unwieldy in situations requiring a quick response or a revision of behavioral strategy.

Furthermore, the choice of tournaments largely depends on the host's personality. If I don't like the host for some reason, I can simply not sign up for their tournaments. Which I regularly do. In the case of the AC, it turns out you have to choose not the tournaments, but the forum as a whole. Which is kinda not good, after all, HeroesWorld is valued for more than just the AC.

Well, at the very least, I can quite safely damage the image of certain individuals. And the yapping of comrades like Vlk only emphasizes this process.

I don't count on a quick effect; if it does appear, it won't be sooner than six months to a year from now.

I don't know who you're calling the forum hosts. I know that from the previous composition of the AC, only one person expressed a desire to continue working. I don't believe the excuses about everyone suddenly getting busy in real life at the same time - successful projects are usually tried to be kept going until the very end.
