This is exactly the situation in forum communication. But when participating in tournaments under the jurisdiction of the AC, the situation is reversed.

under the jurisdiction of the leading organizer or a group of "respected" Heroes players, the same problems persist – where is the procedure that can change the decision of the AC, the organizer, or any other authority?

forum posts have little to no direct effect (to put it mildly)));
as far as I can see, today's Hv organizers rely on polls => either get involved in this game yourself, or break into factions within the forum.
