At the last meeting in N-sk, they discussed the games of some players. They talked about ATG and how, in one game, he captured a Hive, and they couldn't understand how he managed to achieve such minimal losses. It was practically the minimum possible. Later, they found a setup that allowed him to do it. It only evoked admiration.
In general, I doubt that capturing a Hive is easier than breaking through its defenses in most cases. Capturing a Hive is just a chaotic mess, with little room for tactics.
