There are different ways to judge. Compare:
1. You goat, you cheater... You're banned, permanent ban.
2. In a certain game, player X violated rule Y, according to which they receive the punishment stipulated in rule Z.
I'm exaggerating, of course, but I think the meaning is clear. But the main thing is to prevent conflicts from escalating in the threads between participants. And believe me, you don't necessarily need to be a moderator for this. Sometimes, a single small post, ideally with a touch of light humor, is enough. This quells conflicts much better than moderation or any other forceful actions.
1) Well, with the first "adequate" person, it's not worth talking: D, such people are simply ignored due to their lack of reason.
2) The punishment, if it was even mentioned, was for foreseeable and permissible violations, but what happened was beyond comprehension... and it's not right to blame the entire administration/I'm not defending them, I'm just stating the fact of what happened.
The whole fuss could have been resolved, and should have been, by the person whose fault it all started with... unfortunately /this is the same as interpreting things in one's own way, and as if trying to resolve the situation that a friend got into because of my fault/
I don't know how to convey this on paper anymore
