Problem when playing through a router.

The firewall is disabled. I opened the Hamachi ports: 443, 12975, 17771, 32976. Also, I found a topic on the Heroes of Might and Magic forum, opened port 2700, and entered 2700 in Hamachi. Still, the chat isn't working. I would be grateful for any advice on what to do!
