If the Players of Vol'da have granted the Arbitration Committee (AC) certain rights, such as the right to make the final decision in a disputed situation, I support the AC's right to make that decision. If the Players of Vol'da remove the AC's right to make the final decision, then so be it. If they want to resolve disputed situations themselves or choose a Judge, then that's fine too. I said this before, and I repeat it now. The constant mention that I am trying to seize Power is amusing. I repeat - I am in favor of equal rights for all members of the AC.
