Does he really disrespect almost everyone in the Heroes community?

Well, why would he immediately disrespect them... most people respect themselves by default, even if there's no reason for others to respect them. Therefore, there are several common reasons:

1) Self-esteem is low enough that submitting to Dubrovin is not perceived as something abnormal.

2) There is a lack of understanding of what kind of person Comrade Dubrovin is. This is normal; not everyone understands it right away, especially if a person is somewhat on the sidelines. Some groups have already understood this; the rest may understand it a little later.

3) The effect of defending one's own. It's roughly like telling a wife that her husband is chasing women, or that her child is getting into trouble; the first reaction will, of course, be to defend them and send the author of such information away. But later, at home, when no one is watching, complaints will begin.

4) The totem effect - you need to hide behind someone's back, take the blow on them. Dubrovin is quite suitable for this role - he goes ahead like a glutton, stoically endures being hit with rotten eggs, and maintains optimism like a girl in a helmet.

5) And then there are those who simply don't care; there are quite a few of them.

I remind you once again that the world is much more complex than your concise and categorical views of it; every phenomenon has many layers of different content and direction. This is especially noticeable when a strong deformation load occurs - each layer behaves differently.
