In the private message, there was a response to your specific action, a one-time assessment that, in the grand scheme of things, doesn't mean much (many familiar Heroes players have heard worse from me, both online and in real life - and everything seems to be fine, we still have good relationships). Here, it's practically a diagnosis: http://www.forum.heroes.by/viewtopic.php?t=551&start=285 - if you were to apply a similar 5-level grading system, in the private message, it was a level 1, and now it's somewhere between 4 and 5.
